Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices wheat bread, toasted
  • 2 pieces lettuce
  • 2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 1 small Roma tomato, cut into 4 slices

Directions

Step 1 -Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise across the inside of 2 of the bread slices.

Step 2 -Add 1 piece of the lettuce to 1 of the bread slices and top with 1/2 of the bacon pieces and 1/2 of the tomato slices.

Step 3 -Place the second bread slice mayonnaise-side down on the tomato slices and secure with toothpicks, if desired.

Step 4 -Repeat with the remaining ingredients, creating 2 sandwiches total.

Step 5 -Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
