Ingredients

  • For the dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons coarse grain Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • For the salad:
  • 2 (10-ounce) bags matchstick carrots
  • 1 red apple, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, the Dijon mustard, the apple cider vinegar, the honey, the salt, and the pepper and mix until smooth.
