Any day is the perfect day for a moist, fudgy brownie with the creamiest and most vanilla-y ice cream mound, slathered with ooey, gooey, hot, and fantastic fudge sauce, and all the other toppings that you long for. You're in charge this time, so add all the goodies you want to your Brownie Sundae. You've earned a new job title now and you will quickly come to realize it's truly the best day when ice cream and brownies are involved!

  • For the sundae:
  • 1 brownie square
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
  • Optional toppings:
  • maraschino cherries, to taste
  • nuts, to taste, chopped
  • sprinkles, to taste
  • whipped cream, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a serving bowl, add the brownie square and top with the ice cream.

Step 2 -In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the hot fudge sauce and microwave until slightly warm, about 10 seconds.

Step 3 -Evenly spoon the hot fudge over the vanilla ice cream.

Step 4 -Top the sundae with the maraschino cherries, the nuts, the sprinkles, and the whipped cream and serve.
