Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, cut into fry-size
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt or lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Let the fries soak in cold water in the sink or in a bowl for at least 30 minutes. Remove the fries from the water and dry them very well.

Step 3 -Toss the fries with the oil and the seasoned salt.

Step 4 -Spread the potatoes evenly in a single layer on a parchment-lined pan.

Step 5 -Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6 -Turn the oven up to 425 degrees F and cook the fries until golden, about 20-25 minutes more.
