Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- hot pepper sauce, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Place the ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker.
Step 2 -Combine the soy sauce, the mustard, the molasses, the vinegar, the Worcestershire sauce, and the hot pepper sauce.
Step 3 -Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs.
Step 4 -Cover and cook on low until the meat is tender, about 5-6 hours.
Step 5 -Serve.
