Garlic Steak Bites need less than half an hour to make, which ensures that whenever you need a savory main course, you can have one hot and ready in a flash! Each steak is rosy and tender on the inside, and coated in rich, fragrant garlic butter. Pile Garlic Steak Bites on mashed potatoes or a bed of rice! Scatter them across a salad! Whatever could use a little meaty marvelousness, Garlic Steak Bites deliver quickly!
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds thick-cut New York strip steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -Add the garlic and the black pepper to a bowl.
Step 2 -Season the steak cubes with the salt.
Step 3 -Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4 -Add the steak cubes to a skillet and sear until they are browned and reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, flipping them halfway through, about 6-8 minutes.
Step 5 -Add the garlic mixture to the steak bites and cook until it is fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 6 -Transfer the steak bites from the heat and garnish with the parsley.
Step 7 -Serve.
