Ditch the gluten, but keep the flavor! This Gluten-Free Ranch Chicken is slow-cooked until it is super tender; truly melt-in-your-mouth tender! It's seasoned with the zest of ranch flavors and creamy poultry flare too! It even comes with its own sides of tender vegetables braised in those same flavors. For all those looking for a gluten-free meal, Gluten-Free Ranch Chicken doesn't just have an answer, it has all the answers!
Ingredients
- 24 ounces baby red potatoes
- 16 ounces baby carrots
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken condensed soup, gluten-free (such as Pacific Foods™ or Walmart Great Value™ ), diluted
- 1/2 cup 100% natural chicken broth
- 1 ounce dry ranch packet
Directions
Step 1 -Layer the red potatoes, the carrots, and the chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Step 2 -In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diluted cream of chicken soup, the chicken broth, and the ranch seasoning.
Step 3 -Pour the soup mixture on top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
Step 4 -Cover and cook until the chicken thighs are tender and cooked through, about 6-8 hours on low and 3-4 hours on high.
Step 5 -Serve.
