Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pound bacon strips, halved crosswise

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil.

Step 3 -In a shallow bowl, mix the brown sugar and the cinnamon.

Step 4 -Dip the bacon pieces in the sugar mixture to coat.

Step 5 -Twist each of the bacon pieces 2-3 times and place the twists into the prepared pan.

Step 6 -Bake the twists until they have browned and crisped, about 15-20 minutes.
