The savory, succulent turkey patties, mixed with Worcestershire sauce to really deepen the flavor and grilled to juicy wonderment, are just ready to be piled atop your favorite bun and served with your favorite toppings and condiments. Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Step 1 -In a mixing bowl, gently knead together the turkey, the olive oil, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt, and the pepper, making sure not to overmix.
Step 2 -Form the meat mixture into patties about 1/4-1/2-inch-thick.
Step 3 -Press your thumb into the middle of each patty to give them a slight ident. This helps to prevent the burgers from puffing up like meatballs.
Step 4 -Heat a greased large, heavy skillet or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5 -Cook the burgers until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 5 minutes per side.
Step 6 -Let the turkey burgers rest for 5 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve.
