2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced, divided
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
rolls, optional, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a large salad bowl, place the lobster meat, the mayonnaise, the Dijon, the hot pepper sauce, the lemon juice, the celery, 1/2 of the chives, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 2 -Stir gently to combine.
