No-Bake Chocolate Banana Energy Bites are a tasty snack that will give you a much-needed boost of energy throughout the day! Each bite is infused with sweet banana, crunchy coconut flakes, rich chocolate chips, and more delicious flavors. These snacks are so simple to make, you don’t even have to turn on your oven! Pop these No-Bake Chocolate Banana Energy Bites in your mouth for a sweet treat and a new pep in your step!
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon low-calorie sweetener, of your choice
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 -Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well-combined.
Step 2 -Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3 -Roll into 30 balls.
Step 4 -Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze, and serve as desired.
