Parmesan Chicken Bake should be the champion of dinnertime! In under 45 minutes, you can have the juiciest, creamiest, cheesiest chicken sitting atop your favorite pasta. That's way faster than driving all the way to your go-to Italian restaurant, waiting, ordering, eating, and then driving home! You can have the filling, exciting, Italian-themed dish you were longing for, all while staying at home and saving so much time (and money)! Parmesan Chicken Bake definitely brings home the gold in our eyes, and there will never be anything else like it!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, diced
- pasta, of your choice, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving
- parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 -In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of the parmesan, the seasoning salt, the black pepper, and the garlic powder.
Step 4 -Place the diced chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Step 5 -Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
Step 6 -Sprinkle the mayonnaise mixture with the remaining parmesan.
Step 7 -Bake the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 30-35 minutes.
Step 8 -Serve the chicken over the warm pasta, garnished with the parsley.
