Let us introduce the Pink French 75... which brings all your bubbly favorites with just an extra touch of sweetness thanks to the juicy blueberries muddled in. Bringing delightful flavor and a touch of rosiness, the Pink French 75 is great for any and every sipping occasion!
Ingredients
- 6 blueberries
- 2 basil leaves
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- ice, to taste
- 4 ounces prosecco
Directions
Step 1 -In a cocktail shaker, add the blueberries, the basil leaves, and the simple syrup and muddle them gently to combine.
Step 2 -Add the gin, the lemon juice, and the ice to the blueberry mixture, cover the shaker, and shake vigorously to combine.
Step 3 -Double strain the gin mixture, using the shaker strainer as well as a fine-mesh strainer, into a glass.
Step 4 -Top the gin mixture with the prosecco.
Step 5 -Serve.
