Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 (28-ounce) can of baked beans
  • 1 (11-ounce) can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • green onions, optional, sliced, to taste
  • sour cream, optional, to taste
  • 7 cups tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1 -In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 2 -Crumble the beef as it cooks.

Step 3 -Drain the fat from the skillet.

Step 4 -Stir in the baked beans, corn, barbecue sauce, ketchup, and mustard, and cook until heated through, for about 2 minutes.

Step 5 -Sprinkle in the cheddar cheese and cook until melted, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 -Garnish with green onions and sour cream.
