Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) can light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dillweed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 cups Boston lettuce leaves
- 6 grape tomatoes, sliced
- cucumber, optional, to taste, sliced
- fresh dill, optional, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -In a small bowl, combine the tuna, the red onion, the parsley, the dillweed, the garlic salt, the thyme, the pepper, and the cayenne.
Step 2 -In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the sour cream and then stir it into the tuna mixture.
Step 3 -Divide the lettuce leaves between two plates.
Step 4 -Top the lettuce with the tuna mixture, the tomatoes, the cucumbers, and the dill.
Step 5 -Serve.
